Nisaway
The ambient distribution operation is carried out via Nisaway at Scunthorpe. Nisaway stock a range in excess of 8000 ambient products, and deliver at least once a week to all parts of the U.K. This comprehensive range includes all major branded KVI lines, and over 1000 own label products. An all-encompassing selection of branded licensed products and exclusive private labels represent an important part of Nisaway's portfolio. The licensed ordering and delivery arrangements work hand-in hand with the schedules in place to take ambient products, thus helping to satisfy minimum drop requirements.
Nisafreeze and Nisachill - Dual Temperature Deliveries
A dual frozen and chilled distribution service was introduced in October 1999. This specifically redeveloped 155,000sq.ft warehouse in Stoke, can facilitate the deliveries of frozen and chilled products to Costcutter retailers throughout the U.K. and is complemented by three additional services: -
* Saturday has become a normal delivery day
* Timed deliveries
* Twenty cases are the minimum drop requirement
