Help - We need somebody!
Helpdesk & Support - For a quarterly maintenance fee, every C-PoS user has access to the Costcutter Retail Support Desk.
An in-house team of experienced & knowledgeable support technicians will ensure that you receive the support you deserve.
The team will support you from Costcutter Head Office between the hours of 8:30 - 5pm, out of office hours a mobile telephone is manned, once again by Costcutter personnel between the hours of 5pm - 8.30am therefore giving you 24 hour coverage. This service is available 365 days a year.
Hardware call outs are based on an 8 hour response / fix time.
This agreement will cover you for both hardware and software maintenance, giving you the peace of mind that your system has the insurance cover required.
